PRIVATE COACHING

Youth Voices offers membership to an exclusive Congressional debate private coaching roster throughout the competitive season. This roster has very limited space and requires demonstrated excellence in competition. Led by two former Yale champions and a two-time Harvard champion, the private coaching program is known colloquially as “WWK” for those familiar with the instructors in question.

Being on the roster entitles you to: 1-on-1 sessions, document/speech review, a 24/7 hotline for prep questions leading up to major tournaments, live lectures, and on-site coaching options.

We do not encourage students to book one-off sessions with us. 5 and 10-session packages are discounted.

PACKAGES

We aren’t for everyone, and that’s okay. WWK is designed for students trying to consistently make final rounds, or, for those already doing so, to contend for the ever-elusive championship trophies awarded at the nation’s biggest contests in Cambridge, Lexington, and the NSDA Awards Stage come June.

WHY YOUTH VOICES PRIVATE COACHING?

Debating and growing as a debater is not a rote process. It involves hard work and difficult, even uncomfortable discussion and thinking. We are committed to helping you grow, not dictating how you debate. Over the course of the 2023-24 season, WWK students have found themselves in the final round of every major championship.

ON SITE COACHING

For major tournaments, we typically gauge demand for on-site services the month beforehand. In the weeks leading up to the tournament, we release an official quote on how much we expect to be compensated for the weekend. This coaching is meant for students who want coaching between rounds, live prep help, and their questions answered instantaneously — ON-SITE.
