A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization empowering today's youth through discourse and debate

OUR PURPOSE

W H O  W E  A R E

Youth Voices is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching speech, debate, and leadership skills to students nationwide. We started as a weekend debate club in the thick of the COVID-19 pandemic in spring 2020 to offer kids a venue for discourse with their peers. Four years later, we are one of the most successful extracurricular debate programs in the United States, with students in grades 4 through 12 at the top of the nation’s most prestigious competitions. Most of all, our lineup of coaches offers premier instruction at every level of competition.

OUR SERVICES

NATIONAL CONGRESS INSTITUTE

5-week online Congressional debate camp including: 10 hours of one-on-one coaching, 5 Content and 5 Speaking weekly labs grouped based on experience, office hours, mock rounds, and other live events. Led by champion debaters.

YEAR-ROUND COACHING

Online coaching throughout the year, including 1-on-1 sessions based on your individualized package, group lectures, and tournament prep with coaches. This also includes the option to purchase on-site coaching during tournaments.

STUDENT LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Students who demonstrate exceptional leadership characteristics may be given the opportunity to lead meetings and take on more responsibility within the organization. Visit the Leadership Development Team page to learn more!

Club Meetings

Every 2-3 weeks Youth Voices hosts FREE online sessions where our exceptional instructors hone our students’ skills with a variety of drills and activities. Saturdays 7-8 pm CST. 

 

Over the summer, Youth Voices Club Sessions will take place EVERY SATURDAY.
