Co-Founder, President (2020-2021)
William Ma is a sophomore at Harvard University. He is the 2020-2021 Illinois Congressional Debate Association Captain of Captains, captain of his school's debate team and Vice President of his DECA Chapter. William was a finalist at the 2020 Tournament of Champions for Congressional Debate and the 2019 Glenbrooks National Tournament. In past years he has also semifinaled at the Sunvitational, Blue Key, and Glenbrooks National tournaments, quarterfinaled at the Harvard National tournament, received 2nd place at the ICDA State tournament two years in a row, was a member of the Illinois All-State team for Congressional Debate and he was a 4-time qualifier for the Tournament of Champions. In his free time, William enjoys reading and cooking.

Brian Li

Brian Li served as the Vice President of Youth Voices from 2020 to 2021. Brian is a freshman at the University of Chicago studying Data Science. He was on Naperville North's tennis team and and competed on NNHS's table tennis team to take home the state championship title. He is well-versed in Python, Java, and mcfunction. This fall, Brian will be attending The University of Chicago to study Data Science. In his free time, Brian enjoys coding datapacks in Minecraft, boasting a repository of over 16 projects on GitHub. Brian also likes to play video games, draw, and play around with graphic design and animation.
