WEEKLY CLUB MEETINGS

Students will develop basic debate skills and use them to understand important political issues on a deeper level.

DISCOUNTED ACCESS TO DEBATE COURSES

These courses have varying levels of difficulty, ranging from introductory to advanced. Their main purpose is to develop and enhance the debate skills of participants, rather than to focus on creating a deeper understanding of specific topics.

COMPETITION AND ACTIVISM

Students will have opportunities to apply the skills and knowledge they learn from the club to actual competition and real world activism. Events that will be held include: Candidate forums, speaker series, community advocacy opportunities, and tournaments.
